ABOUT US
Deer Gap Builders was founded by David Garrett and wife, Paula. We specialize in the construction of new homes, barns and renovations and are fully family owned and operated. Deer Gap Builders was a natural progression of David’s background in construction and Paula’s eagerness for new projects.
David has worked in construction for over 20 years. He is a licensed contractor in the state of Tennessee and has a Masters degree in Education and teaches in the Fentress County School District.
Paula has worked in Tennesse State Property Assessing for over 20 years. She was recently recognized as a Residential Evaluation Specialist by the International Association of Assessing Officers and has been awarded the title of Tennessee Master Assessor.
